Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our payment products. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and ensuring its success in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Product Definition: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of payment products, including their features, benefits, and market trends.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Analyze and manage product profitability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to customer portal management, ensuring seamless and efficient experiences.
  • Requirements Engineering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document customer requirements, ensuring accurate and effective product development.
  • Agile Methodologies: Collaborate with development teams to implement Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective product development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members.
  • Product Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • English Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Payment Industry Experience: Proven experience in product management within the payment industry.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Agile Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing Agile teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Product Management Tools: Proficiency in product management tools, including Jira, Trello, and data analysis software such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
  • Product Management Experience: Experience as a product manager and owner, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Customer Experience and UI Design: Experience with customer experience and user interface design, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
