Wir suchen einen Junior Administration Manager für unser Team in der Region Zentralschweiz.

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Debitorenrechnungen und Mahnläufen
  • Kontrolle von Tages- und Monatsabschlüssen mit CashUp und Run My Accounts
  • Unterstützung beim Abgleich von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen mit dem System Run My Accounts
  • Kontrolle und Verarbeitung von monatlichen Spesenabrechnungen unserer Kunden
  • Allgemeine Aufgaben des Büromanagements (Ablage, Büromaterial bestellen etc.)
  • Betreuung des Telefons und professionelle Auskunftgabe der Kunden
  • Unterstützung in der Buchhaltung und Personalwesen

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Affinität zur Gastronomie und Hospitality
  • Sinn für Ordnung und Struktur
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Loyalität, Eigenverantwortung und Humor
