Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Operating Room Manager to join our team at Hirslanden AndreasKlinik AG Cham Zug. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our operating rooms, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the operating room team, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the operating room team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
Requirements
