Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our HR & Talent Acquisition business across the country.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business development strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
- Placing top talent in key positions, including Head of HR, HRBP, HR Managers, Payroll Managers & Experts, Talent Acquisition Managers and Experts, and Internal Recruiters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements include:
- A proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant within the Swiss market.
- Fluent German and professional English language skills.
- Self-motivation, autonomy, and a sales-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
