Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Success Manager to join our Zurich office. As a key member of our Commercial Team in Europe, you will play a critical role in guiding our legal talent through their Axiom experience, ensuring their skills are matched to exciting client opportunities.
Focusing on a group of lawyers and legal professionals across one or more practice areas in the UK, Germany, and/or Switzerland, you will have the engagement of our legal talent at the forefront of your mind at all times. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition and Sales teams, you will provide expert advice and guidance to ensure we are hiring the right legal talent to meet client demands. You will also present client opportunities to our legal talent, ensuring they have access to career-enhancing experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client opportunities and work directly with our Sales team and clients to drive and win deals.
- Deploy your expert knowledge of our legal talent to help shape client needs and identify the perfect fit.
- Develop compelling recommendations for clients and successfully close each engagement in partnership with our Sales team.
- Build strong relationships with legal talent and manage communications throughout the engagement process.
- Manage client expectations and work with internal cross-functional teams to meet desired outcomes.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a legal services provider, professional services firm, law firm, recruitment agency, or corporate in-house environment.
- Strong team player with experience collaborating with other business teams and functions.
- Highly persuasive verbal communication skills, strong written communication skills.
- Ability to provide a high-quality experience for our talent, working with them to understand their preferences and find opportunities that are a strong fit.
- Deep sense of urgency, pace, and drive to ensure the matching of our legal talent with the right client opportunities.
Requirements:
- Native High German and English language capabilities (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
- Legally authorized to work in Zurich on a full-time basis.
