Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow the HR & Talent Acquisition business through strategic business development and client acquisition.
  • Place profiles including Head of HR, HRBP, HR Managers, Payroll Managers & Experts, Talent Acqusition Managers and Experts plus Internal Recruiters and more.
  • Own your role; drive new client acquisitions and cultivate impactful, enduring relationships.
  • Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism.
  • Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your clients.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines as well as work on mandate searches and active requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant within the Swiss market.
  • Fluent German and professional English language skills.
  • Self-motivated with high autonomy and a sales-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in sourcing, direct searching, and building professional networks.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
