Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at coni+partner AG.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the processes of distribution and registration of investment funds in the cross-border area, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. This includes:

  • Updating country-specific compliance lists of requirements for fund documentation, investor information, financial reports, and regulatory reporting.
  • Serving as the contact person for FINMA registration and correspondence, including submitting documents and representing foreign investment funds in Switzerland.
  • Providing regulatory expertise on KYC/AML, due diligence of funds, and other related topics to internal stakeholders, investors, or fund managers.
  • Supporting specialist departments in contract management and report preparation.
  • Assisting with all-round tasks related to fund documents, maintenance of contracts, and minutes preparation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Paralegal.
  • Professional experience in a similar function related to funds.
  • Generalist knowledge of fund contracts and compliance (KYC/AML, Cross Border, UCITS, etc.).
  • Demonstrated organizational talent, independent work ethic, and results-oriented approach.
  • Pleasant communication skills and high level of professionalism towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English.
Estimated Salary

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate an annual salary of approximately CHF 80,000 to CHF 100,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
