Senior Recruiter for Corporate Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Milan. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive the company's growth and success.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selecting high-caliber candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with company goals. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and other teams to create and implement sourcing strategies, analyze data to identify hiring trends, and collaborate with HR Business Partners to collect recruiting needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and select high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, inclusivity, and competitiveness
- Implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with company goals, including organizing recruiting days and other events
- Analyze data to identify hiring trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to collect recruiting needs and provide updates
- Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure alignment and provide excellent service
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a recruiter within a multinational company
- Highly knowledgeable about recruitment processes, with expertise in IT functions a plus
- Excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, both within the team and with business partners
- Able to set priorities and perform under challenging deadlines, maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards
- Capable of helping partners navigate complex situations, driving successful outcomes while effectively setting expectations
