Enova Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Manager to spearhead the development and management of their own Business Unit in our Zurich offices.

We are a dynamic consulting company specializing in information technology, data science, and artificial intelligence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing growth strategies across various sectors, including information technology, engineering, and life sciences.

You will also develop your network and customer portfolio, recruiting top talent and managing projects and careers of our consultants. With access to comprehensive training and support from senior managers, you will enhance your sales and management skills, driving your career forward.

In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced growth environment in Switzerland, enjoying opportunities for rapid professional advancement within our organization.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree from a reputable business or engineering school.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Senior Business Manager in consulting.
  • Comfortable with cold acquisition and able to build relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven and resilient, with the ability to work independently and motivate yourself.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and German, with Swiss German being an asset.
  • Motivated to join a dynamic and ambitious team.

The estimated salary for this position is around 120,000 CHF per year, considering the company's industry standards and the cost of living in Zurich.
