At Tomorrow by TW, we are seeking a seasoned Transformational Business Strategist to join our team. This exciting role involves driving operational strategy, finance, and management consulting services that deliver impactful insights to clients.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead diagnostics, audits, and projects across various sectors, with a focus on sustainability, governance, and process optimization. As a Transformational Business Strategist, you will develop strategies for supply chain, production, and financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

You will also engage with new and existing clients to expand project scopes, supporting various sales stages alongside experienced consultants. Furthermore, you will partner with clients on performance management and digital transformation initiatives, from ERP/EPM implementations to change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive operational strategy, finance, and management consulting services that deliver impactful insights to clients.
  • Lead diagnostics, audits, and projects across various sectors, with a focus on sustainability, governance, and process optimization.
  • Develop strategies for supply chain, production, and financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Engage with new and existing clients to expand project scopes, supporting various sales stages alongside experienced consultants.
  • Partner with clients on performance management and digital transformation initiatives, from ERP/EPM implementations to change management.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have an advanced degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in audit, consulting, or a similar advisory role. You should possess solid understanding of key business processes, exceptional analytical skills, and a readiness to continuously expand your knowledge.

In addition, you should have strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach, with fluency in German and English, and French as a plus. We value adaptable, curious, and driven individuals who embody a professional growth mindset.
