We are seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at WE RECRUIT, a professional recruitment company specializing in Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec2Rec) and Talent to Talent on the Swiss market.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT on the Swiss market, with German and English professional expertise. They should possess a minimum University education and be a relationship-driven recruiter who wants to deliver high-quality solutions and results.
The role involves growing and developing the contracting tech business in Switzerland, working closely with top tech clients and candidates, including some of the most innovative and exciting startups. The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering the best IT talent from a leading database and network, become a brand and go-to-person for their niche and specialism, headhunt, recruit, network, and attract candidates to make the best match for their clients.
Requirements- At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, ideally on the Swiss market within IT
