International Talent Acquisition Specialist

Estimated Salary: CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000 per year

In this exciting role as Global Mobility Specialist, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team in Zurich. As a central point of contact for local foreign hires, you will coordinate business travelers and cross-border commuters, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing advice on social insurance and taxation aspects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing designated local foreign hires and coordinating business travelers and cross-border commuters
  • Ensuring the regulatory compliance of firm-wide international business travel
  • Advising assignees and the business on social insurance and taxation aspects
  • Being a central point of contact for Local Foreign Hires and consulting them concerning their move to Switzerland
  • Celebrating work milestones with your colleagues

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Currently in part-time studies (Bachelor or Master) or recently finished them
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a comparable position is a plus
  • Keen interest in areas such as immigration, social security, taxation, and compliance in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and fluency in English and German is a must, French is a plus
  • Used to deal with competing priorities and guaranteeing high-quality output at the same time
  • Service-oriented, pro-active personality, great apprehension, and high motivation to work independently
  • Good IT skills
