Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead the recruitment process for our international projects, identifying top talent and ensuring seamless project delivery. If you have a proven track record of successful recruitment and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our financial sector projects
- Source high-caliber candidates through various channels, including social networking platforms
- Evaluate candidate suitability for project openings based on their expertise and fit
- Conduct online interviews with shortlisted candidates and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate further testing and evaluation
- Prepare all necessary documents for tender applications, including CVs and summary presentations
