Key Responsibilities- Onboard new customers and provide structured support for the implementation of our camera system.
- Develop and enable customers to become experts in our product, providing advice on the best possible use of Wemolo.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on parking processes and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure successful project delivery and optimize processes through automation.
- Fluency in Swiss German and business fluency in French, with any other language (especially English or Italian) being an advantage.
- Successfully completed studies in economics, social sciences, or natural sciences, or comparable commercial training.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, customer success, or account management, ideally in a B2B software environment.
- Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a convincing appearance.
- Confident handling of G-Suite, Outlook, Microsoft tools, or similar, and ideally initial experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
