Account Management and Program Development Assistant

Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role in account management and program development? GENEXT AG is a rapidly growing company in the field of digital marketing, focused on activating, maintaining, and expanding a community for our partners. We operate and manage several online platforms in Switzerland, connecting national and international brands with potential customers at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will acquire new and existing partners in the French speaking part of Switzerland to initiate campaigns on our platforms
  • You will ensure a smooth execution of the campaigns
  • You will support current partners and create an annual plan together with them
  • You will monitor the revenue of your campaigns and take responsibility for achieving the target revenue
  • You will develop a marketing plan for the introduction of various campaigns
  • You will analyze the offerings of your partners to fully exploit their potential, always keeping an eye on the current market and competition
Requirements
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and German. A good level of English is a plus
  • You are persuasive and assertive and have a good feel for working with different stakeholder groups in a dynamic team
  • You are currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences
  • You work precisely, quickly, and independently, and are characterized by a high degree of reliability, resilience, and responsibility
  • You are confident and experienced in using MS Office and have an affinity for IT
  • You have a team-oriented attitude and possess good German language skills; English skills are a plus
