Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Talent and Culture. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and leading our corporate Talent & Organizational Development Strategy and People Agenda globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy global Talent and Org Development strategies that impact Employee Engagement and Company Performance.
  • Own and drive the talent, culture, and engagement programs.
  • Drive & support senior leaders and the HR team globally on topics such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance management, and Leadership Development.
  • Lead a team of Talent Specialists to ensure initiatives, projects, and programs are delivered according to expectations and timeline.
  • Design and implement Global Leadership Programs & Trainings.
  • Define and shape Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding on a global VAT level.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading global/corporate TM & OD in mid-size and fast-growing international company.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR/Talent strategies and programs that are aligned with the business strategy.
  • Experience leading large and global scale culture transformation initiatives.
  • Ability and willingness to cover the whole range from strategic vision to conception as well as hands-on managing and bringing initiatives to the ground.
  • Vast HR Leadership experience in Talent CoE; Strong business acumen, preferably with few years experience in HR Business Partnering roles.
