Your Challenges:
  • Develop and deploy global talent and organizational development strategies that drive employee engagement and company performance.
  • Own and drive talent, culture, and engagement programs that foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and ambition.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and the HR team to drive strategic workforce planning, performance management, and talent management initiatives.
  • Lead a team of talent specialists to ensure initiatives, projects, and programs are delivered according to expectations and timeline.
  • Design and implement global leadership programs and trainings that develop the skills and competencies of our leaders.
Your Competencies:
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR and talent strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience in leading global talent and organizational development initiatives in a mid-size and fast-growing international company.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to clearly articulate a strategy and vision, align people and process, and drive execution to achieve desired results.
  • Ability to design and deploy strategic workforce planning playbooks, including standards and processes.
  • Experience in managing talent acquisition, including TA technology solutions, building global TA standards, and employer branding.
