Head of Talent Development

At VAT, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as Head of Talent Development.

This role is responsible for defining and leading our corporate Talent & Organizational Development Strategy and People Agenda globally across different divisions, departments, functions, and locations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR / Talent strategies and programs that are aligned with the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape, develop, and deploy global Talent and Org Development strategies that impact Employee Engagement and Company Performance.
  • Own and drive the Talent, Culture, and Engagement programs.
  • Drive & support senior leaders and the HR team globally on topics such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance management, and Talent management.
  • Develop the HR strategy and deliver its roadmaps as part of the HR Leadership team.
  • Lead a team of Talent Specialists to ensure initiatives, projects, and programs are delivered according to expectations and timeline.
  • Design and implement Global Leadership Programs & Trainings.
  • Define and shape Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding on a global VAT level.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading global / corporate TM & OD in mid-size and fast-growing international companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR / Talent strategies and programs that are aligned with the business strategy.
  • Ability to cover the whole range from strategic vision to conception as well as hands-on managing and bringing initiatives to the ground.
  • Vast HR Leadership experience in Talent CoE; Strong business acumen, preferably with few years experience in HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Experience in managing Talent Acquisition with focus on TA Technology solutions, Building Global TA Standards, and Employer Branding would be beneficial.
