We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary professional to lead our global talent development strategy. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our organization, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence.
About VATVAT is a leading international developer, manufacturer, and supplier of high-performance high-end vacuum valves and vacuum sealing technology, employing over 2000 people worldwide. Our headquarters are located in Haag, Switzerland, with production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania, and Taiwan.
Job SummaryThis position represents the heart of our people strategy and plays a central role in nurturing and developing VAT's secret to success: our people and our culture that enable constant innovation and exceptional customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Develop and deploy global talent and organizational development strategies that impact employee engagement and company performance.
- Own and drive talent, culture, and engagement programs.
- Drive and support senior leaders and the HR team globally on strategic workforce planning, performance management, culture, and leadership development.
- Contribute to the development of the HR strategy and deliver its roadmaps.
- Lead a team of talent specialists to ensure initiatives, projects, and programs are delivered according to expectations and timeline.
- Experience in leading global/corporate talent management and organizational development in mid-size and fast-growing international companies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR/talent strategies and programs aligned with business strategy.
- Experience leading large-scale culture transformation initiatives and acting as a change agent.
- Ability to cover the whole range from strategic vision to conception and hands-on managing and bringing initiatives to the ground.
- Strong HR leadership experience in talent centers of excellence, with a strong business acumen.
