Job Summary
We are seeking a Chief Talent Strategist to lead our global talent development strategy and people agenda. This role will define and implement programs and initiatives around talent development, strategic workforce planning, learning, DEI, culture, and leadership effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in talent and organizational development, with strategic acumen and a deep understanding of the unique challenges within the high-tech and manufacturing industry.
Your Challenges:
- Develop and deploy global talent and org development strategies that impact employee engagement and company performance.
- Own and drive talent, culture, and engagement programs.
- Drive senior leaders and the HR team globally on topics such as strategic workforce planning, performance management, culture, organization development, leadership development, learning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Contribute to developing the HR strategy and delivering its roadmaps.
- Lead a team of talent specialists to ensure initiatives, projects, and programs are delivered according to expectations and timeline.
- Design and implement global leadership programs and trainings.
- Define and shape employee value proposition and employer branding on a global VAT level.
Your Competencies:
- Experience in leading global TM & OD in mid-size and fast-growing international companies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR / talent strategies and programs aligned with business strategy.
- Ability to cover the whole range from strategic vision to conception and hands-on managing and bringing initiatives to the ground.
- Proven experience in design and deployment of Strategic Workforce Planning Playbook incl. standards and processes.
- Vast HR leadership experience in Talent CoE; strong business acumen, preferably with few years experience in HR business partnering roles.
- Experience in managing talent acquisition with focus on TA technology solutions, building global TA standards, and employer branding would be beneficial.
