Head of Talent and Cultural Development

About the Role:

The Head of Talent and Cultural Development will define and lead the corporate Talent & Organizational Development Strategy and People Agenda globally across different divisions, departments, functions, and locations.

This includes programs and initiatives around Talent Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Learning, DEI, Culture, and Leadership effectiveness.

The individual will lead an evolving team of 3 HR professionals across Switzerland, Malaysia, and Romania and be a thought leader with deep expertise in Talent and Organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape, develop, and deploy global Talent and Org Development strategies that impact Employee Engagement and Company Performance.
  • Own and drive the talent, culture, and engagement programs.
  • Drive & support senior leaders and the HR team globally on topics such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance management and talent management, Culture & Engagement, Organization development and effectiveness, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Contribute to the HR Leadership team in developing the HR strategy and delivering its roadmaps.
  • Lead a team of Talent Specialists to ensure initiatives, projects, and programs are delivered according to expectations and timeline.
  • Design and implement Global Leadership Programs & Trainings.
  • Define and shape Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding on a global VAT level and work with the team to meet regional and local needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading global/corporate TM & OD in mid-size and fast-growing international companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR/Talent strategies and programs that are aligned with the business strategy.
  • Experience leading large and global-scale culture transformation initiatives and acting as a change agent.
  • Ability and willingness to cover the whole range from strategic vision to conception as well as hands-on managing and bringing initiatives to the ground.
  • Proven experience in design and deployment of Strategic Workforce Planning Playbook incl. standards and processes.
  • Vast HR Leadership experience in Talent CoE; Strong business acumen, preferably with few years experience in HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Experience in managing Talent Acquisition with focus on TA Technology solutions, Building Global TA Standards, and Employer Branding would be beneficial.
