Visionary Leadership

The Head of Talent and Culture at VAT is responsible for defining and leading the corporate Talent & Organizational Development Strategy and People Agenda globally. This includes programs and initiatives around Talent Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Learning, DEI, Culture, and Leadership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape, develop, and deploy global Talent and Org Development strategies that impact Employee Engagement and Company Performance.
  • Own and drive the talent, culture, and engagement programs.
  • Drive and support senior leaders and the HR team globally on Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance management, and talent management.
  • Contribute to developing the HR strategy and the delivery of its roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading global/corporate TM & OD in mid-size and fast-growing international company.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR/Talent strategies and programs that are aligned with the business strategy.
  • Experience leading large-scale culture transformation initiatives and acting as a change agent.
