Global Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Lead to support a leading company in the high-tech sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product or account management, particularly within matrixed or multinational organizations.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for semiconductor industry clients, addressing all product-related inquiries. You will manage the full product lifecycle, including development, customization, pricing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align product roadmaps with client needs to meet current and anticipated market demands.
- Lead and execute corporate strategy by collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
- Drive cost-saving and product optimization initiatives, achieving annual profitability targets.
- Support sales efforts through technical guidance in customer acquisition and negotiations.
- Oversee and implement customer-specific updates across supply chain and production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and directives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in engineering, sciences, or a related technical field; additional studies in economics or marketing are an advantage.
- Proven experience in business development in B2B environments, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
- Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of high-tech project management and client needs on a global scale.
- Fluent English with strong skills in negotiation and technical communication.
