Key Responsibilities

As a dynamic Sales Executive in Software Platforms, you will be the pivotal link between Pixel Plus and our clients, expertly matching our software solutions to their business needs.

Key Tasks
  • Client Acquisition and Sales: Identify potential clients in the software industry and reach out to them, understanding their needs and presenting suitable software solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Pixel Plus's software products and platforms, understanding technical aspects to explain them in simple terms to non-technical clients.
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, working closely with marketing, product development, and other departments.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between clients and the development team, gathering feedback on product usage, features requests, or issues and communicating this feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Proposal and Contract Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to potential clients, understanding legal and financial aspects of sales agreements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the software industry, adjusting sales strategies and developing new products that meet market demands.
  • Training and Support: Provide initial training and ongoing support to clients for complex software products, coordinating with the technical support team to resolve client issues.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients and stakeholders, using excellent communication and negotiation skills to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on sales targets, achieved sales, pipeline development, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong network and multiple years of experience in sales and account management within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software platforms and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in German is a must, additional languages are a plus.
