Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Architect Specialist to join our team at SELISE Digital Platforms.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure Design: Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Automation and Deployment: Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployments and implementations using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Integration and Migration: Integrate various tools within the infrastructure and migrate existing applications to the cloud.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based systems, including identity and access management, encryption, and monitoring.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with software engineers and other stakeholders to ensure development follows established processes and functions as intended.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify technical problems, provide fixes and patches, and perform root cause analysis of production errors.
  • Load Testing and Penetration Testing: Participate in application load testing and penetration testing for resource optimization and security configurations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
