Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies, optimize sales processes, and implement CRM systems.
- Forecasting and Analysis: Develop and manage the forecast process, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive sales strategy and tactics.
- Pipeline Performance: Lead pipeline performance analysis to ensure quality, identify areas of concern, and implement best practices.
- Sales Analytics: Drive sales analytics data gathering, reporting, and improvements to inform business decisions.
- Process Standardization: Implement best practices and standardize sales processes to ensure repeatability and scalability.
- Alignment and Communication: Ensure alignment of Sales teams with company objectives and priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Business Problem-Solving: Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and track success metrics.
- Program Development: Define programs and processes to promote new business, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- QBR Preparation: Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews and sales leadership offsites.
- Strategic Initiatives: Partner to drive strategic initiatives from Sales leadership across internal Sonar resources and groups to improve sales performance.
- Experience: 7+ years in Sales Operations or Business Operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with a SaaS company, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- Business Intelligence: Understanding of business trends, including churn, expansion, ARR, LTV, CAC, and experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, SF).
- Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute on those solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance concentration.
