F&B Operations Director Support Assistant

Job Summary
MSC Procurement & Logistics is seeking a proactive intern to support our F&B Operations Director in daily administrative activities and organization.
As an administrative assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop a range of professional skills that will be fundamental to your growth and career development.
Specifically:
Administrative management: learn best practices for managing daily administrative activities, including handling communications and schedules.
Document preparation: gain skills in drafting official documents, reports, and presentations, which are essential for any executive assistant role.
Project organization: acquire skills in managing and monitoring projects from planning to execution.
Organizational skills: improve your organizational skills, learning to manage time and priorities efficiently.
Communication skills: develop excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, through daily interactions with various departments and the executive office.
Key Responsibilities
Handling email and phone correspondence.
Document filing.
Supporting the management of the agenda and scheduling meetings as requested by the F&B Operations Director.
Assisting in organizing business trips for the F&B Operations Director.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good team-working attitude.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
VISA Requirements (if any)
Right to work in Italy.
