The Sales Management Intern role at Richemont offers a unique opportunity to support the Sales Management Department in driving business growth and success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing various analyses and documents to inform decision-making, contributing to the successful distribution of our watches.

Your mission will involve:

  • Developing and completing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports and analyses related to sales activities for internal purposes, distribution entities, and Richemont management.
  • Focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sellout trends, sell-in, SOSI, stock coverage, number of doors, productivity, and product-related KPIs.
  • Creating presentations for the management team to effectively communicate sales data and insights.
  • Supporting the pricing manager in monitoring worldwide product pricing.
  • Collaborating with HQ Regional Sales Managers and local IWC teams in distribution entities.
  • Making contributions to various sales projects.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business, or finance.
  • Previous internship experience in a related field is an asset.
  • The ability to multitask, work independently, and reliably manage multiple projects.
  • The capacity to meet strict deadlines, handle a large workload, and prioritize tasks based on importance.
  • A resilient, dynamic, and team-oriented personality with a proactive and curious attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with GCP and Looker skills being a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
