People Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Team Lead to join our Application & Formulation team at DSM. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our EMEA team of 24, focusing on all aspects of the HR cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team in setting goals, talent reviews, development plans, performance evaluations, and compensation discussions.
- Convert capability gaps into individual and team development goals aligned with segment strategies.
- Resource management, collaboration, and talent development for the team.
- Conversion of know-how and skill gaps into individual and team development plans.
- Setting individual development plans aligned with team goals.
- Providing expertise in talent development and implementing solutions to meet business needs.
- Enhancing collaboration effectiveness within the team and beyond.
- Owning the performance review process and feedback collection.
- Managing resource allocation and workload effectively.
- Overseeing the HR people responsibilities, including goals, talent review, development, and compensation.
