About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our data and analytics function, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the development of data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data platforms.
  • Ensure data architecture supports business needs and adheres to best practices for data management and governance.
  • Oversee data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy, availability, and accessibility.
  • Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Assessing Generative AI Capabilities: Evaluating the current landscape of Generative AI technologies, including their strengths, limitations, and potential applications within the context of the business strategy.
  • Oversee the creation of data visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the development of standardized reporting mechanisms that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Manage a portfolio of data and AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact and ROI of data initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress, outcomes, and business value of data projects.
  • Build a comprehensive data strategy outlining how an organization will collect, manage, analyze, and utilize data to support and align with its overarching business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Implement and oversee data quality frameworks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
  • Establish data management practices that support effective data lifecycle management and data stewardship.
  • Lead master data management (MDM) initiatives to ensure operational efficiency in key processes by maintaining consistent and accurate master data across the organization.
  • Create a product ownership across functions that will define and drive the development of AI-powered products or features to meet business objectives and user needs.
  • You will work closely with other senior leaders to align data strategies with overall business goals.
  • Represent the data and AI function in executive meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
