We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Roche, responsible for the execution of our Manufacturing Execution product. As a key member of our Technical Operations Domain, you will be accountable for the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our digital strategy and business objectives.

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy, closely partnering with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, business leaders, and domain experts to understand their needs and priorities, ensuring our product meets their expectations.
• Product Roadmap and Lifecycle: Define and deliver the product roadmap, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product discovery, development, and maintenance.
• Leadership and Influence: Lead and manage agile product teams, influencing stakeholders and driving collaboration across business organizations and functions.
• Security, Quality, and Privacy: Ensure the product meets security, quality, and privacy standards, aligning with our global Information Security Management System.
• Impact and Complexity: Support the Product Line Lead in portfolio prioritization, lead strategic planning, and collaborate with other Product Managers to define end-to-end service levels and monitor KPIs and OKRs.

• Leadership Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in product-centric roles, with a strong track record of effective stakeholder management.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of product management practices, Lean-Agile methodologies, and IT market trends.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complexity.
• Enterprise Mindset: Ability to break down silos, focus on continuous delivery, and bring people together to work towards a common purpose.
