People Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled People Team Lead to join our Application & Formulation team in EMEA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading the EMEA team of 24, focusing on all aspects of the HR cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team in setting goals, talent reviews, development plans, performance evaluations, and compensation discussions.
- Convert capability gaps into individual and team development goals aligned with segment strategies.
- Provide expertise in talent development and implement solutions to meet business needs.
- Enhance collaboration effectiveness within the team and beyond.
- Own the performance review process and feedback collection.
- Manage resource allocation and workload effectively.
- Oversee the HR people responsibilities, including goals, talent review, development, and compensation.
