Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer/Head of Investor Relations to join our team. This executive will be responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, overseeing daily operations, and managing our employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that our company is appropriately positioned towards current and potential investors, including designing a robust investor relations strategy and framework, developing and maintaining relationships with investors, and creating a strong reputation through clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO to enable the fulfillment of the company's strategic goals
  • Designing and implementing business strategies, processes, plans, and procedures
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Proposing measures and plans for the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures
  • Providing regular reports to the CEO and other executives on the status of strategic goals and progress
  • Managing and growing employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Ensuring the company's appropriate positioning towards current and potential investors

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in executive leadership positions
  • Practical proven experience in setting up robust business processes
  • Fundraising experience and a strong network of investors
  • Higher education in Finance, Legal, or Business Administration
  • Native/fluent English
  • Leadership skills, with a steadfast resolve and personal integrity
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
