About the Role

Michael Page - Switzerland is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Investor Relations Leader to join their team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's investor relations strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's narrative and build strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings, presenting the company's story and engaging with potential investors and analysts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, investment banks, and external advisors to support IPO documentation, roadshows, and investor presentations.
  • Develop clear, compelling investor communications including quarterly earnings reports, press releases, financial presentations, and key messaging to articulate the company's growth strategy, financial outlook, and investment case.
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and refine financial models, providing insights on company valuation and performance metrics to the investor community.
  • Leverage your experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to support the communication and integration of any M&A activity, ensuring investors are well-informed on the strategic and financial rationale behind transactions.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or M&A, preferably within industrial or capital-intensive sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required. An MBA, CFA, or other advanced finance qualification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing investor relations functions, with experience in IPO processes and capital markets. Experience in public company investor relations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and capital markets. Ability to effectively communicate financial data to investors and analysts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, analysts, executives, and board members.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into a compelling investment narrative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
  • Positive drive and the ability to achieve results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English.
