Investor Relations Manager

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team in a highly topical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective client communication, coordinating investor inquiries and requests, and managing the interface between our organization and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and internal teams.
  2. Coordinate the RFP/ DDQ process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to investor inquiries.
  3. Manage and maintain the organization's standard DDQs, ensuring regular updates and improvements.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance investor engagement and communication.
  5. Provide input on marketing documentation, press releases, and other materials.
  6. Support internal projects, including product development and process improvements.
  7. Collaborate with the Private Banking Department to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  8. Actively participate in and lead investor relations communications, including content creation and newsletter management.
  9. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements:

  1. 5 years of experience in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity/Energy Transition Infrastructure.
  2. 10 years of experience with RFP/DDQ processes and content management.
  3. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent tertiary education.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong process orientation and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Fluent in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
  8. Advanced MS Office skills.
