FIVE Zürich Switzerland is a leading hospitality innovator, renowned for its exceptional front office experiences. We seek an accomplished Luxury Hotel Concierge to join our team of industry leaders.

Job Description:

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and booking services, and delivering messages. You will also be responsible for ensuring orderliness and safety in the lobby and front door areas, as well as supporting management in emergency situations.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for guests
  • Provide information and booking services
  • Process and deliver messages
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area
  • Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines are followed

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with the management team to develop service goals and provide support as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to develop creative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations
  • Fluent in English and German
