Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bellman to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services.
About the Role
This role involves providing personalized assistance to our discerning guests, ensuring seamless transitions during their stay. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling luggage, and providing information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest services, including luggage handling, bell cart navigation, and escorting guests to rooms or outlets.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the city to provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of physical stamina to perform duties efficiently.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues promptly.
  • Record and follow up on guest requests and messages in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good level of English; German is a plus.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Perfect grooming and a neat, tidy appearance at all times.
  • Swiss work permit holder or EU passport holder.
  • Driving license holder (category B).
