">About the Role
">This role requires managing all aspects of the short-term fellowship program with focus on AO Spine:
">- ">
- Monitoring and supporting fellows throughout their fellowship experience, providing guidance and resources as needed.">
- Initiating stipend payments in a timely manner and monitoring the budget for the fellowship program.">
- Facilitating the application process, reviewing applications for completeness and placing fellows appropriately.">
- Coordinating logistics and using business tools like Fellowship management system and Salesforce.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Information Technology, Management, or Business).">
- Clear communication skills with fellows, host institutions, and other stakeholders.">
- Excellent project coordination skills with accuracy, reliability, and a proactive approach.">
- Strong service orientation and collaboration within the team.">
- Effective written and spoken English language skills.">
- Ability to work in Davos with possibility of hybrid working environment (2 days/week in office required).">
What We Offer
">The AO Foundation offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, reflecting the challenging and rewarding nature of this position.
