Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Customer Unit Leader Switzerland. This role will involve developing and executing strategic plans to drive account growth, manage client relationships, and optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
* Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives

Requirements
* 5+ years experience running account P&L
* Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
* 10 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
* Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
* Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills

Preferred Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
* Sales experience in technical solutions
