- The Customer Transformation (CT) team is part of Microsoft Industry Solutions and helps our most strategic customers solve their toughest challenges, bringing speed and agility to allow value realization.

- As the
**Customer Transformation Lead**
**for 6 countries across Western Europe (Austria, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland)**, you will be leading a team of >40 Digital Advisors and leaders across the region who are driving digital strategy, transformation and customer engagement, focused on catalyzing vision/ideas for customers and helping customers set and execute their journey toward that vision.
**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business and technology decision maker discussions related to business transformation enabled by technology, business value, and end to end information technology is also a must. The CT leader possess a passion for the customer, the business, our partners, and our people, which is demonstrated through professionalism, ethical business practices, growth mindset and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer journey.
The CT leader provides cross-industry leadership to the team and organization on how to envision transforming our customers moving forward, partner and excite our clients on how we get there, and then help make a proposal to make it real.
The CT Leader will work closely with other Americas, EMEA and APJ CT Leads, the worldwide CTI strategy and leadership team as well as other groups outside of CTI in supporting the Customer Strategy and Execution Plan. The CT Lead will work closely with partners and Microsoft delivery services to drive consistent implementations of technical and business strategies the region.
The CT Leader will be responsible for achieving the business goals of WW Customer Transformation and Innovation by directing their team to deliver customer value through Digital Transformation projects leading to growth of Microsoft footprint across products and services. The CT Lead will also be influencing and coordinating the Digital Transformation plans, program, and execution with other regional, US and WW teams.
The CT Leader will be responsible for supporting large/strategic business opportunities in the Region, establishing and growing relationships with key CxOs in Regional accounts and directly engaging alongside the delivery teams in large/complex/strategic engagements. The individual will also review and provide feedback and guidance on approaches to opportunities and deals and will lead the Enterprise Presales initiative for the Region.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven years of top tier management consulting experience with deep understanding of how technology is driving transformation, including current and emerging technology trends, and experience managing technology-enabled business change
- Several years of experience managing other people managers.
- Experience in business development, sales management, operations management, and driving delivery excellence.
- Strong business acumen, excellent analytical, problem solving, project management skills, and a demonstrated track record delivering complex projects to enterprise customers.
- Proven thought leader with executive presence, including ability to hold CXO level discussions, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Consistent record of delivering business value at an executive level, by bringing the benefits of technology to transform their business
- Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers
- Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results
- Passion for technology, business, market trends and, specifically, the Customer
- Ability to become an advocate for Microsoft’s vision, value proposition, and diverse offerings
