**About Worldline**

We are looking for a competent and proactive Transformation Project Manager in the COO Operational Excellence team to lead initiatives in the COO department. A strong collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders is needed and an IT background is an advantage. This role allows you to establish a broad, international network within Worldline, gather insights about the different market offering and shape the future of Worldline as leading Payment Provider delivering seamless services with payment at the heart of the shopping experience.

**Main activities and responsibilities are**:

- Leading transformation projects (Robotization, implementing the sourcing strategy, post-merger Integration or initiatives related to the shaping of a new target operating model to respond to evolved customer demand)
- Steer the organisation towards operational excellence as part of the overall transformation plan
- Implements the project scope and objectives in close collaboration with stakeholders (Business Process Architects, Sales, Product Management, Business Engineering, Legal & Compliance, IT, etc.) across the business to drive and deliver cross-functional initiatives in the COO area
- Identify and manage interdependencies and proactively manage risks/issues by mitigating them
- Measures and reports the project progress to the management and manages risks, attention points properly to minimize/mitigate project risks on time
- Implement and manage scope change when necessary to meet the underlying project financial goals

**What are we looking for in this person**
- Min. 8 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in Project Management within the Service/Solution sector is a must, showing the ability to successfully manage projects
- Fluent oral and written English
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to pro-actively drive
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and commitment to results
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong MS Office skills (in Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint)
- University degree (ideally business, finance or IT oriented) or equivalent through experience
- Team spirit
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to quickly understand and learn complex matters, including the business dimension
- Presentation skills
