**Your contribution**

As the Head of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for leading and executing our digital transformation strategy. You will spearhead the company's digital transformation journey, focusing on commercializing digital platforms, implementing AI-based tools, and collaborating across divisions and functions to leverage resources, save costs and drive profitable revenue growth. In this position you report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and work within a matrix organization.
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic and tactical recommendations to the appropriate leadership teams reflecting the overall strategic direction of the company
- Create internal interfaces and advise different functions on how to proceed with the ongoing digital transformation
- Coordinate digital transformation initiatives
- Implement companywide a roadmap of initiatives with regards to priorities and synergies between stakeholders
- Advise on and coordinate appropriate implementation of initiatives from piloting to full scale roll-out
- Create a reporting framework
- Oversee external collaborations with a focus on enhanced customer experience and internal efficiencies
- Drive Value and Differentiation of digital platforms and products
- Realize Efficiencies
- Delight Customers and drive growth
- Drive scalability as well as risk identification and mitigation

**Your background**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics
- Proven experience & demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives, ideally in a similar role within a large-scale organization
- Experience in relevant market and industry (life science research, regulated markets such as in-vitro diagnostics, medical devices); understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and product commercialization
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
