- Head of Digital Marketing 80%-100%

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du entwickelst Online-Marketingkonzepte für die Lead
- und Kundengewinnung sowie Kundenbindung unserer journalistischen Print
- und Digital-Bezahlangebote
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und das Controlling der Marketing-Massnahmen und hast dabei Budget
- und Planungsverantwortung
- Mittels quantitativer A/B-Testings sowie Targeting-Systemen evaluierst du ziel gruppen gerechte Angebote und Ansprachen und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Produkt
- und Angebotsverbesserung bei
- und Brand Ziele sicher
- Du überprüfst und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Zielerreichung deiner Massnahmen in Bezug auf den Wertbeitrag der einzelnen Kanäle und Traffic-Quellen
- Du beobachtest den Markt, spürst Trends inklusive technologischer Entwicklungen auf, identifizierst künftige Wachstumspotenziale und leitest geeignete Handlungsempfehlungen ab

**Dein Profil**
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing
- Du kannst einige Jahre an Führungserfahrung vorweisen
- Du verfügst über gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein vernetztes Denken, bist stark in der Kommunikation und hast eine grosse Affinität für digitale Geschäftsmodelle
