**EINFÜHRUNG**:
Für unseren Kunden, Spezialist für Private Banking, Wealth Management und Fondsdienstleistungen, suchen wir für den Standort in Zürich eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als
**Digital Transformation Manager - für die digitale Transformation im Private Banking**: mit Startdatum so bald wie möglich. Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeitstelle mit unbefristetem Vertrag.

**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Transformation zentraler Vertriebsprozesse im Private Banking
- Mitarbeit in standortübergreifenden strategischen Digitalisierungsprojekten wie beispielsweise das Vermögensportal für unsere Private Banking Kunden (B2C) und Private Banking Berateranwendungen (B2B, B2B4C)
- Einführung neuer Technologien und Services zur Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Optimierung bestehender Abläufe und Prozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der IT sowie den Fachbereichen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Services

**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:

- Sie haben ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Erfolg absolviert und besitzen umfangreiche branchenspezifische Kenntnisse sowie ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der digitalen Transformation
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Projekterfahrung mit und haben agile Digitalisierungsprojekte nachweislich erfolgreich geleitet (idealerweise im Bereich Private Banking)
- Nebst einem Faible für Prozessoptimierungen und digitalen Trends verfügen Sie über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, hohe Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zum selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
- Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein äusserst professionelles, vertrauenswürdiges und empathisches Auftreten auf allen Management-Ebenen verbunden mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung und hoher Sozialkompetenz zeichnen Sie aus
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel, Erfahrung mit Business Prozess Modellierung (BPMN 2.0/Signavio) sowie Kenntnisse mit den Programmiersprachen VBA, JavaScript oder Python runden Ihr Profil ab
