Transformation Program Managers

Swarovski embarked on the Transformation of our Crystal Business two years ago and has come a long way. To continue this journey and continuously evolve our business for the future, we are looking for Transformation Program Managers. This newly created position offers you the opportunity to play an integral role in repositioning and shaping the future of a family-owned and world-renowned luxury group of 20’000 employees operating in 160 countries globally.

Reporting to the Transformation Program Management Director, the Transformation Program Manager will support the scoping, planning, and progress monitoring of significant programs within the transformation to elevate our brand.

Core responsibilities- Monitor and ensure on time delivery of Transformation Programs in line with the planned financial gains- Provide guidance to Transformation Program Leads to develop scope and plans- Provide hands-on support to Transformation Program Teams and support on content delivery when needed- Understand the business problems, tools, workflows, and interdependencies that underlie a Transformation Program- Build and maintain successful partnerships and manage effective communications with a wide range of stakeholders to support transformation progress- Lead the development of top management reports for the CEO and Board of Directors- Moderate workshops with senior management, functional experts and operational staff

- A negotiator who can arbitrate priorities amongst multiple workstreams and can co-operatively find solutions- A business thinker who can understand and weigh up the impact of the transformation on different aspects of the business, and deep dive into topics when needed.- An analytical and structured problem-solver with the ability to break down issues in a methodological way even under high uncertainty and ambiguity- A collaborator who understands the importance of teamwork and cross-functional coordination- You are a result-oriented professional with a proven track record of driving performance.
