Community Developer Role

We're seeking an experienced community builder to join our team and work on a groundbreaking NFT project with a long-term perspective. This role requires developing and executing a comprehensive community-building strategy, promoting our online channels, engaging with the community, and maintaining excitement around our upcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a community engagement plan, drive growth through creative content, and foster a strong sense of belonging among fans.
  • Schedule and manage multimedia content production across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with game design, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and focus on community needs.
  • Act as the voice of the community, providing insights to inform product development and prioritize the roadmap.
  • Host virtual events, contests, and online activities to build hype and maintain excitement around our project.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community building, preferably in the NFT space.
  • Hands-on expertise with Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and Instagram, with a strong understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and convey complex ideas simply.
  • A strong sense of creativity, humor, and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experience hosting virtual events and managing communities, with a track record of success in growing a significant follower base.
