About this OpportunityAs an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Management team at our European Headquarters located in Zug, Switzerland.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
- Manage travel arrangements, diaries, expense claims, and finance matters with efficiency and professionalism.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics and infrastructure requirements.
- Keep digital and physical files organized for easy access, maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
- Support purchasing and accounts payable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
The ideal candidate will have a Swiss commercial apprenticeship with Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Executive Assistance or similar, along with 5 years of relevant experience as an Assistant in a multinational environment.
