Job Description
**Job Purpose**:
**This position will be a 6 month maternity leave contract.** Reporting to the Vice President Commercial, International, the Commercial Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Commercial department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Administrative support for the Vice President Commercial, International
- Work with the Sales, Sales Planning, and Sales Ops teams to ensure that the order book is maximized through proper flow of goods to specific markets
- Maintain, promote, and exercise a regular flow of communication and information throughout the Sales network
- Liaison with Retailer Specialist Team Lead; co-ordinate daily activities to maximize team efficiencies
- Assist as necessary with Sales Forecast Planning
- Oversee the Expense Tracking of the European Sales Team
- Maintain clear understanding and visibility into the bulk order book; work alongside of European Retailer Specialist Team to ensure maximum order fulfillment; meet monthly sales targets; monitor credit holds; identify potential issues and create solutions
- Work cross departmentally to identify and solve issues, such as order fulfillment/bulk shipments and grey market
- Support Vice President Commercial, International to prepare and run regular divisional meetings, including follow-up
- Assist with the financial analysis and management of the Sales Department Budget
- Attend tradeshows as required

**Experience, Education and Designations**:

- University Degree
- International sales experience is an asset
- Fluency in English a requirement and in various languages is an asset
- Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry and/or apparel industry preferred
- Ability to effectively present to groups and interact with senior management

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain the privacy of confidential information
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the European retail landscape
- Analytical skills combined with a high attention to detail
- Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to work on strict deadlines and handle pressure
- Sense of humour is a must
- Must enjoy being a part of a team environment
