Our Job Opportunity- Lead the management and oversight of our existing customer portfolio within the assigned region.
- Identify and acquire new customers across Switzerland, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with our Technical Supervisor and Sales Manager to create customized pricing offers that meet our clients' needs.
- Maintain and update internal systems, report to the Sales Manager, and prepare detailed visit reports to track progress.
- Provide technical assistance to customers, including engineering support, equipment installation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.
- Plan, conduct, analyze, and document laboratory tests for customer applications, driving innovation and improvement.
- Train and educate customers and users on our equipment and machines, enhancing their capabilities and satisfaction.
- Define, organize, and participate in Swiss exhibitions and trade shows to expand our customer base, promoting our products and services.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization, with a preference for the plastic industry.
- Engineering degree with a mechanical background.
- Proficiency in German and French or English.
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
- Ability to work autonomously while reporting to the local business line.
- A willingness to combine technical knowledge and sales capabilities.

This role is hybrid; you can be based anywhere in Switzerland with one day per week at the headquarters in Romandie.
