We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Coresystems AG.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing deals and generating Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

You will engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in enterprise accounts, developing and executing a strategic outbound sales approach for large organizations.

In this role, you will deliver compelling AI-powered product demos that address client needs, craft high-value proposals and negotiations aligned with customer pain points, and leverage your network to connect with key stakeholders.

Your strong pipeline of qualified opportunities will be essential in hitting revenue targets, collaborating across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

  • Strong network in at least one key industry (Discrete Manufacturing, Medical Equipment, or Energy & Utilities)
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling GenAI solutions or other advanced technologies
  • Ability to navigate and win large accounts (€1B+ revenue)
  • Excellent discovery, presentation & negotiation skills with C-suite executives
  • Fluent in English & German (C1/C2 level, written & verbal)
